The 2021 Hilda Ramsay Bursary was presented to recipient Meghan Dewar at the NDP PEI Women’s Committee meeting in November. Meghan is studying Journalism at Holland College & UPEI

Our Next Meeting

The NDP PEI Women’s Committee will meet on Monday, January 24th at 4pm at the VRC, 81 Prince St. Join by Zoom if not in person. New members are welcome.

Plans are underway for a Potluck Supper to celebrate International Women’s Day around March 8th. Details to follow

You can claim a tax credit on contributions made to recognized Prince Edward Island political parties, and to candidates who were officially nominated under the Elections Act of Prince Edward Island. The annual maximum credit is $500 and is calculated as follows:

  • First $100 contributed - 75%
  • Next $450 contributed - 50%
  • Next $600 contributed - 33 1/3%
